ABOUT ONLINE ORDERINGKagi provides a much-needed service and makes it safe and easy for Autumn Software to do business on the Internet -- not to mention, they make it safe for you to spend money on the Internet. It's really a win-win situation -- but we want you to understand exactly what happens when you place an order for our software through Kagi.
Here's how it works:
1. Kagi receives your payment information. This can take up to two days once it enters their queue -- but in most cases, it occurs much faster than that.
2. Kagi processes your payment -- if you sent your credit card number Kagi, just like your favorite department store, checks with the issuing bank for approval.
3. Once the payment is approved, Kagi sends your name, address, e-mail address, the product you ordered, and the amount you paid to our attention. Kagi does not send us your credit card number!
4. We check our e-mail account several times each business day and on Saturdays for correspondence and Kagi order confirmations. Registration codes are e-mailed as soon as we see the confirmation. Then, within 48 hours we send the product to you on disk.
5. And that's about it...but what if you suddenly decide you wish to cancel your payment? We hope that by the time you decide to make a shareware payment, you're committed to the decision, but if you change your mind, notify Kagi and Autumn Software immediately. Please note: when you notify Kagi, your request will be placed in a queue and you will receive an e-mail message stating that it could take as long as one week before your mail is read. Most likely, your request will be processed much sooner than that -- but it is essential that you notify Autumn Software before we send a registration code or software package to you. Once we send a registration code to you, we cannot refund your money.
Please, if you have any questions about a single step in the ordering process, feel free to ask. We understand that things are touch and go when doing business on the Internet. So, certainly, if you have concerns, let us know.

In addition, each of our downloads contains the Kagi payment program. Double click on the blue payment icon, fill out the form, print it, and mail or fax it to Kagi. Using this option allows you to pay with your credit card.
